This January, we’re starting the year on purpose.
With a daily practice that supports clarity, agency and forward momentum whatever happened in 2025: 2026 is yours for the taking and we’re going to start together!
For 10 days, you’ll walk every day for at least 30 minutes and reflect on how it helped. THAT’S IT.
This challenge is about taking compassionate ownership of 2026; in body, mind and spirit.
This is a 10 day walking challenge designed to help you:
✨ Reconnect with your body and intuition
✨ Clear mental noise and create space for 2026 intention
✨ Build consistency without getting bored after 2 days
✨ Strengthen self-trust through daily action and commitment to your self: because you are WORTH IT! You deserve this time and attention.
Walking becomes your anchor and connection to a whole, brilliant amazing community of people who get it and who are saying: I’m showing up for myself this year too.
This totally blew my mind when I learnt it:
Neuroscience research shows that 30 minutes of walking at a moderate pace literally changes the way the brain’s ARCHITECTURE is set up. Which basically means…you’re going to be able to think more clearly, make better decisions, feel more stable emotionally…
It’s win win win:

✨ Supports neuroplasticity (your brain’s ability to form new pathways)
✨ Improves emotional regulation and focus
✨ Reduces stress hormones
✨ Enhances creativity, insight and perspective
Rhythmic movement helps different parts of the brain communicate more effectively. That’s why so many people think more clearly, feel more regulated and access better ideas while walking.
Walking creates the conditions for clarity and who doesn’t want clarity in January (without the pressure of goal setting…yet.)
January sets the tone.

We can learn from the seasons and while I’m a big advocate for a bit of hibernation, retreat and hygge living in the winter for those of my northern hemisphere pals - the best way to remind ourselves of this is to actually…spend time in nature and move with it physically outside!
Getting outside each day supports:

Daylight, fresh air and movement together help your system reset after December and re-orient towards forward motion.
